To upload the Android client to your DME server, do the following:

file you downloaded, and click Upload.The file is uploaded to the DME file system.
Filename: This is the filename of the file you selected. A small icon appears after the filename: By clicking this icon, you (or anyone with access to the DME Administration Interface) can download the software to the local disk.
Serial ID: The serial number is automatically entered by DME. It ensures that you do not upload the same file several times under different names.
SMS code: You can specify an SMS code to enable users to send an SMS with a request for the software to be downloaded to the device. For more information, see Self-provisioning. Note that only SMS works for Android devices.
Installation type: In this list, choose Android. This is the heading under which the client will be added in the DME clients panel section.
Client type: This field no longer applies to Android clients. Only full clients are supported.
Version: It is important to specify the correct version of the software, because the DME server uses this version number to compare with the client on device(s) during bulk updates.
Description: You can use this field to specify the device types on which the client in question can run or any other important information. This information is shown as a tooltip in the client software list.
You are returned to the DME clients panel section.

Note that if you select the Upload software action from the Other software panel section, you can upload any other software for Android to DME and have it pushed to the clients. The Software information dialog explained above will look slightly different:
The Installation type field will be called Category, and will be used to divide your software into self-defined categories in the Other software panel.
The Client type field will be called Name, where you can freely enter a name for the software in question.
An Identifier field will be shown - this is for in-house Apple iOS apps only, and is ignored for Android software.
