You now need to install DME on the MobiControl-managed devices.
For Windows Phone, the operating system does not yet support MDM operations, and the only way to install DME on such devices is through Windows Market. When DME is installed, enrolled devices are able to connect to DME.
For Android, Android+, and iOS, the installation of DME is done through an Application Catalog Rule.
