Dear colleague,

As you may have heard, we have chosen DME as our provider of secure e-mail, calendar, and HTML5 apps. Everything that enters DME is locked away in a secure container, and only your user name and password can open it.

To install DME, do the following:

1. Open the App Catalog on your device.

   You will notice that DME is listed as a Mandatory application.

2. Tap the Free (iOS) or Install (Android) button next to the DME icon.
3. Wait for DME to install.

   If you are using an Apple device running iOS 7.0 or later, DME will be configured automatically, and your job is done!

   If you are using an Android device or an Apple device running iOS 6.x, do the following to complete the configuration of DME:

4. Go back to the App Catalog. <- For Android and iOS 6.x only
5. Tap the DME icon (iOS) or the Installed button (Android).
6. Tap the green Configure button.

   DME opens, and is configured automatically.

Test that DME was configured correctly by entering your network password in the Password field of the DME login screen. If you are able to log in, everything is working!
