Click Toggle device lock to toggle the locked status of the currently selected device(s). You can for instance lock a device if it is temporarily out of service, but you do not wish to revoke its license. If devices are created on first connection, they may be initially locked. When a device is locked, a padlock icon is shown in the device information screen.
When you unlock a device, a system information sync. is automatically sent to the device. This function can be performed using the Web Services operation approveDevice. See approveDevice.
