The methods of the DmeAdminWS WDSL file can be used for creating Web Service functions which the DME Administrator can use from any context.
The file is published from this URL:
https://<dme_server>:5011/webservices/admin?wsdl
To access the file, the user needs to have the DME role DME_Admin.
