Messages in the Audit category show security and access information related to the device specified in the Device column. For more details about error messages, click the + button in the Message header title. This will expand the message to include details about the error as posted by the DME subsystems.
An audit message is for instance logged when a device is created.
An audit error or warning is for instance logged when a connection from a device was refused due to security restrictions. This could be due to the client being blocked.
A message could also say that a client signature keypair was created by the server:
If DME is integrated with an external MDM system, such as SOTI MobiControl, messages related to external MDM will also appear in this category. For instance, a message will be logged in the Audit category if a device tries to connect to DME, but it does not exist, or is blocked, in the external MDM system.
